NaKeitha Ross, CEO & Co-founder
NaKeitha is a natural game changer. She is the co-owner of 360 Degrees Hair Studio, a 20- year business, CEO of The Fearless Female Forum, and serial entrepreneur. NaKeitha has a heart to bridge gaps and make lasting impacts. She is a mother of two, one daughter and one son, and a wife of over 25 years.
LaShonda Pierce, Co-founder
LaShonda Pierce is a creative design specialist utilizing her talents to delight in multiple streams of happiness. By day, she is a realtor and interior designer equipped with a tape measure and Ph.D. in love and compassion. She believes everyone should live beautifully. When she is not working, she is laughing loudly, loving and enjoying life with her adult son, family, and friends. Her compassion fuels her heart and drive for community service.
Nicole Johns, President
Nicole believes community service is an opportunity to inspire, uplift, and pour back into the community as she has been a member for 7 years. She is a program director for school support in Galena Park ISD. Nicole enjoys shopping, watching reality television, and spending time with family and is the mother of one adult son.
Anshawna Charles, Vice President
Anshawna is a charter member of I.C.O.N. and has served as historian and now vice president. Community service is important to her because it allows her to help others academically and she is able to make a change in this world and help others grow. By profession, she is a high school math instructional specialist as well as owner of Charles and Charles Photography. She and her husband are parents to two sons.
ReVetta Doswell, Treasurer
As an 18- year entrepreneur in the finance industry and also charter member of I.C.O.N., ReVetta serves as treasurer of I.C.O.N. and has been a member. With a giving heart, ReVetta avails herself wherever needed. Her personal interest are working with others to assist in the non-profit sector. She is a loving wife and adventurous boy mom of two.
Jermeka Pierott, Secretary
Joining I.C.O.N. in 2012 allowed for Jermeka to meet her needs of service and youth mentorship offering youth aspirational pathways and guidance. She is the leader of the I.C.O.N. P.E.A.R.L.S. program. With a logistics and operations background, Jermeka is a director of operations to a CEO and also owner and CEO of Pierott Concierge, an event planning and project management firm. She enjoys reading, partner dancing, fine dining, exploring historical elements, and being a dog mom.
